IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT -- YOU CAN MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT OR PAY YOUR RENT

1.  Set Up Account.  

      A.  Click above to enter "Residents Portal"

      B.  Enter your Account Number (not unit number).  Account Number is found on your monthly invoice                            and does not change.   Call, text, or email the Office if you are not sure.

      C.  Enter your email address.  If you don’t have one on file, email or text the office to add yours to your                           account.

       D.  Create a username and password and click continue. 

      Now you have an account. 

 2.  Make Rent Payment or See Balance Due.   
                  
       A.   Enter your Username and Password

       B.   Follow Instructions to Make Payment.

 3.  Make Changes to Your Personal Information on File.

       A.  Enter your Username and Password

       B.  Click on My Account to Change personal information.
